Time to reflect

In the past few months, this is what I feel like I have been missing.  Time to reflect on my life, where I've been, where I'm going and how I'm going to get there.  So I am going to try to work this into my self-care plan and hold myself accountable for doing this.  Any help from others in holding myself accountable is always appreciated.  Anyone have ideas on how to go about this reflection?  What do ya'll do?

Hey Rara! First, a quote for you:
"By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest." - Confucius

Good for you for making time for reflection! I think almost everyone could use a little help with that. You know what I think the *best* reflection activity is??? Remember when we used to go for walks for hours on end, just talking/thinking. That was the best for sorting out thoughts & clearing your head - I miss that!! Left on my own though, I tend to make lists.

Check out this website & their 'complete list of posts': http://compasslifedesigns.com/blogs/topic/self-care

Love you lots!!
